A Journey of Transformation

My journey into coaching was born out of a deep desire to support others in overcoming personal and professional challenges, just as I did on my own personal and professional path. Having faced my fair share of obstacles, I understand the significance of guidance, coaching and allyship. My coaching practice is the culmination of a well-plotted history of personal growth and continuous learning.

 

A Career in STEM

 

My early academic background is in Computing. Thus, I have built a corporate career as a people-focused technologist. As you can imagine, I have worked in a male dominated field and, at times, probably just like you, I wasn't taken seriously. I’ve also experienced Imposter Syndrome, self-doubt and even self-sabotage.  

 

And I’ve always been that pink dress in the ocean of grey suits. 

Yet, I have successfully navigated the career ladder to become an authentic leader in my field of Service - becoming a freelance consultant and then squiggly-careering into Service Development & Product Management. ​

Qualifications that Make a Difference

 

In later life, I have pursued further qualifications to refine my coaching expertise. Achieving the ICF ACC certification (+ all the CPD & CCE training) demonstrates my commitment to adhering to the highest standards of coaching ethics and professionalism. Furthermore, my training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) enhances my ability to understand and facilitate effective communication, personal growth, and behavior change.

 

On a Personal Note

I class myself as a modern-day feminist. I am passionate about empowering Women in male dominated spaces. 

​

​I am a huge advocate for allyship, where I am focused on making sure that everyone, especially women and people of colour, are not only invited to the table but they also have a seat, a voice, and a contribution.

​You'll find me just west of London with my partner, Matt and puppy, Pippa. Although, we do dream of living abroad in the near future.
